Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the service VideoDrop (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) provided on this website by me, Shogo Takeuchi. By using the Service, you (hereinafter referred to as “the User”) agree to these Terms as well as the accompanying Privacy Policy.

Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)

When using the Service, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

    4. Other circumstances where I determine that the provision of the Service is difficult.
  2. I shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage incurred by you or any third party as a result of the suspension or interruption of the Service.

  3. Images generated on the Service may be freely used by you, provided that such use does not infringe on the rights or interests of any third party.

Article 8 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)

  1. I do not explicitly or implicitly warrant that the Service is free from defects (including but not limited to defects in safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, or infringement of rights).
  2. Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, I shall not be liable for any damages incurred by you arising from your use of the Service. However, if the contract between you and me (including these Terms) constitutes a consumer contract under the Consumer Contract Act, this limitation shall not apply.
  3. Even in the event of the exception provided in the previous paragraph, I shall not be liable for any special damages (including those that were foreseeable or could have been foreseen) resulting from my negligence (excluding gross negligence) in failing to perform my obligations or for torts. Article 14 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
  2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court of Japan as the court of first instance.
  3. The provisions of these Terms and the accompanying policies are severable; if any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
